The authorities canceled political debates with the participation of the DPNI leader
On November 7, 2006, political debates between member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, political scientist Sergei Markov and DPNI leader Alexander Belov were canceled in the Moscow club "On Brestskaya". The debate did not take place due to administrative interference by the authorities. On November 6, law enforcement officers visited the club and, according to the SPS website, "warned about the problems associated with the debate" .
