In Yaroslavl, charges were brought in the case of an attack on an African

On December 8, 2006, the transport prosecutor's office of Yaroslavl filed charges against a young man who was detained on December 1, 2006 for attacking a citizen of the Central African Republic in the station building. The charge was brought under Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred and enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity on the basis of race).

Syktyvkar nationalist appealed the verdict in the Supreme Court of the republic
