On June 14, 2007, in the city court of St. Petersburg, a jury delivered a guilty verdict in the case of the murder of Congolese student Roland Epassac. By ten votes to two, the jury found all four defendants - Gerasimov, Olenev, Gromov and Orlov - guilty of committing the murder of a Congolese.
