Leningrad region: another nationalist murder?
December 4, 2007 at about 11 p.m. In the Leningrad region, a 24-year-old native of Uzbekistan was beaten to death by a group of teenagers. His body was discovered on the morning of December 5 in a forest near the village of Sverdlovo-1 (Red Star). Later, in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region, law enforcement officers detained five teenagers aged 17-19 on suspicion of committing murder. According to investigators, they attacked a foreigner and beat him for hooligan reasons.
