In St. Petersburg, the case of the editor-in-chief of Orthodox Rus' Konstantin Dushenov was brought to court
On March 17, 2008, a criminal case against Konstantin Dushenov, editor-in-chief of Rus Pravoslavnaya, as well as Alexander Malyshev and Pyotr Meleshko, was transferred to the Kirovsky District Court of St. Petersburg. Previously, only Dushenov was charged under Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred). Now Dushenov, Malyshev and Meleshko are accused, and already under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Art.
