Attack on a native of Uzbekistan in Veliky Novgorod
On April 13, 2008, in Veliky Novgorod, in the courtyard of house No. 3 on Karl Marx Avenue, 19-year-old Sergey Lomaev, 18-year-old Ruslan Bashkov and a 16-year-old young man attacked a citizen of Uzbekistan. Young people brutally beat the victim with their hands and feet. Lomaev stabbed a citizen of Uzbekistan twice in the back with a knife. As a result of the beating, the victim received multiple bodily injuries and lost his sight.
