We are publishing a preliminary analysis of the results of the seventh stage of monitoring hate speech in the Russian media. The study was conducted by the SOVA Center from September 1 to December 1, 2007. In addition to the federal media, the monitoring included publications from four regions - the Udmurt Republic, the Krasnodar Territory, the Penza and Saratov Regions. The report was presented at the Independent Press Center on May 22, 2008.
