The authors of the letter are outraged by the introduction of the subject “Spiritual and Moral Culture” on September 1, 2009.

The mosque in the village of Matmasy, the demolition of which the head of the administration of Tyumen sought , will not be demolished. However, as of July 2008, the mosque is still not completed. The initiator of the construction was an unregistered community subordinate to the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Asian part of Russia (DUM AChR). At the end of June 2008, it became known that on May 7, 2008, a citizen of Tajikistan, Shukhrat Okilov, born in 1977 from the Leninsky district, was killed in Moscow at the Elektrozavodskaya metro station. At the cemetery in the village of Berezovka, Kaliningrad region, unknown people broke about 40 monuments and grave crosses. There is no selectivity in the actions of the vandals. According to the local police department, "warmed up with alcohol, they destroyed all the graves in a row." A criminal case has been initiated.
