At the cemetery in the village of Berezovka, Kaliningrad region, unknown people broke about 40 monuments and grave crosses. There is no selectivity in the actions of the vandals. According to the local police department, "warmed up with alcohol, they destroyed all the graves in a row." A criminal case has been initiated. In June 2008, at least 7 attacks of a racist and neo-Nazi nature were recorded, as a result of which at least 13 people were injured. As in May, we note that most likely we are not dealing with a real decrease in the activity of skinheads, but with a lack of information. In June, incidents were recorded in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Yaroslavl. In total, during the 6 months of 2008, at least 255 people suffered from such attacks, 58 of whom died.

On June 19, 2008, the World Court of the Kolyvansky District of the Novosibirsk Region fined a participant in a staged battle between Soviet and German tanks, which took place in March of this year, 900 rubles. Sergei Shmonin was dressed in a Nazi uniform, for which he was prosecuted under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda and public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols).

Co-chairman of the Interregional public movement "People's Council" Oleg Kassin appealed to the Moscow prosecutor's office with a statement seeking criminal prosecution of the organizers and participants of public hearings in support of Yuri Samodurov and Andrei Erofeev , held in the Aidan Salakhova gallery on May 29. At the end of June 2008, the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Nizhny Novgorod sent a criminal case to court against three Nizhny Novgorod residents accused of attacking two citizens of Uzbekistan in November 2007. On June 25, an open letter of protest from parents against the clericalization of Russian education was delivered to the reception offices of the President of the Russian Federation and the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The authors of the letter are outraged by the introduction of the subject “Spiritual and Moral Culture” on September 1, 2009.

On June 26, the Council of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church approved the “Fundamentals of the teaching of the Russian Church on dignity, freedom and human rights.” This document caused a great public outcry.
