Details of the case of a brutal attack on a young man of “non-Slavic appearance” on a train near Moscow have become known.
In July 2008, the prosecution of those suspected of attacking Muscovite Denis Tsoi, who in January 2008 received 27 stab wounds in an electric train near Moscow, was terminated, but survived.
