Parent meetings are being held in schools in St. Petersburg to promote tolerance
On July 11, 2008, the St. Petersburg prosecutor's office reported that in April-May 2008, the city prosecutor's office, together with district prosecutors, held 746 parent-teacher meetings in general educational institutions, institutions of primary vocational and secondary vocational education, dedicated to the issues of fostering tolerance, preventing the spread of social, national, racial, religious hostility among adolescents.
