Nazi swastikas in Ivanovo
On July 14, 2008, it became known that graffiti with RNE symbols and Nazi swastikas appeared on many houses in Ivanovo, including in the city center. Parent meetings are being held in schools in St. Petersburg to promote tolerance
On July 11, 2008, the St. Petersburg prosecutor's office reported that in April-May 2008, the city prosecutor's office, together with district prosecutors, held 746 parent-teacher meetings in general educational institutions, institutions of primary vocational and secondary vocational education, dedicated to the issues of fostering tolerance, preventing the spread of social, national, racial, religious hostility among adolescents.

Artist and Comic Book Designer Khikhus Attacked in Moscow by Fascists
On July 11, 2008, near the Taganskaya metro station in Moscow, artist and comic book designer Хихус (Khikhus) was attacked by a fascist. The reason for the attack was most likely Khikhus' appearance (dreadlocks). According to the victim, a man of around thirty years of age caught up with him several times, staring at his eyes and clothes. The man was :dressed as a low-standing manager ...white jacket, a bag for the laptop computer, black office pants, and boots bought in the open-air market;.

The DPNI Strives for Legality
On July 12, 2008, the congress of the Movement against Illegal Immigration (DPNI) decided to move from radical nationalism to "nationalism in the European sense'. A deep rift within the organization is however on the horizon. The DPNI leader, Alexander Belov is reportedly considering the official registration of the organization, so that it could play a more active role within the state apparatus. According to him, European-style nationalism never existed in Russia.

Attack on the artist Hikhus in Moscow
On July 11, 2008, in Moscow, on Goncharny proezd near the Taganskaya metro station, an attack was made on the comic book artist Khikhus. DPNI is going to be legalized
