On April 29, 2008, in Zavolzhye (Nizhny Novgorod region), 17-year-old Roman P. made an explosive device, and 19-year-old Igor K. planted it in a KIA PREGIO car belonging to a native of the Caucasus. No one was injured in the explosion, but the car was damaged. The identity of the bomb maker was quickly established. During a search of the suspect's apartment, several similar explosive devices were found, which he had manufactured and stored between August 2006 and 2006.
