National Bolsheviks are accused of inciting hatred
On October 2, 2008, in Khabarovsk, a criminal case was initiated against the National Bolsheviks Tatyana Kharlamova and Igor Shchuka under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred). The reason was an anti-Chinese leaflet distributed by them on October 1 at the opening of the Far Eastern International Economic Forum in Khabarovsk.
