Attack on a DPRK citizen in Vladivostok
In January 2009, in Vladivostok, three young men broke into the shop of a shoemaker, a citizen of the DPRK, and severely beat him. The Korean was stabbed 15 times. Fortunately, the victim survived and received medical attention. The suspects were detained in March 2009 by operatives of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Internal Affairs Directorate for Primorsky.
