On January 20, 2009, it became known that the world court of the Pervomaisky district of Izhevsk (Udmurt Republic) brought to administrative responsibility a city dweller who traded in items with Nazi symbols. The audit established that on October 25, 2008, in the "Army Souvenirs" department of the "World of Porcelain" store (Vadim Sivkov Street, 109), an individual entrepreneur Mikhail Kovalev, born in 1959, sold commission goods, among which were items with Nazi symbols and Nazi paraphernalia.
