Another accusation against the employees of the Chernovik newspaper
On June 24, 2009, the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Dagestan charged Nadira Isaeva, editor of the Chernovik newspaper, and Artur Mamaev, one of their employees, with a new criminal case initiated "on the fact of publishing extremist statements." The media do not indicate under which particular article the case was initiated, but, apparently, we are talking about Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred).
