In Vladimir, a trial began in cases of confiscation of churches from the ROAC in the Suzdal region
On October 28, 2009, the Court of Arbitration began a trial on the claim of the Department of Property and Land Relations of the Administration of the Vladimir Region against the ROAC and its parishes in three villages of the Suzdal region. A preliminary meeting took place. Further meetings on the affairs of three rural churches of the ROAC are scheduled for December 7th.

Memorial cross desecrated in Karachay-Cherkessia
On October 28, 2009, it became known that in Karachay-Cherkessia a cross erected on the Marukh Pass in honor of the feat of the soldiers of the 6th parachute company of the 104th Guards (Pskov) regiment was desecrated. It was installed in 2006 on Mount Belaya Tserkov. At the end of October 2009, a special expedition went to the Marukh pass to check the condition of the monument.

Cemetery in Tver region desecrated
On October 22-23, 2009, a cemetery was desecrated in the village of Tatevo, Oleninsky district, Tver region. Vandals damaged the crosses and moved the monuments. On October 26, the vandals were identified. The cemetery was defiled by two schoolchildren aged 9 and 10, local residents. Two articles recognized as extremist in Ingushetia

Attack on a Nigerian citizen in Moscow
On October 27, 2009, a Nigerian citizen was attacked in the southeast of Moscow. At the house 18/10 on Saratovskaya street, two men attacked the African from behind. He received a stab wound to the neck, chest, arms and face. The attackers fled. The Nigerian was not robbed. He was able to get to a friend's house, from where the police and an ambulance were called. The man was hospitalized.

Pickets were held in Moscow in defense of the temple in Kadashi
On October 27, in Moscow on Tverskoy Boulevard, the Moscow regional branch of the People's Cathedral movement held a picket in defense of the Church of the Resurrection of Christ in Kadashi. About 80 people took part in the picket. Passers-by and media representatives were given leaflets and materials about the situation around the temple. Representatives of the temple community also took part in the action.
