Case of neo-Nazi agitation brought to court in Moscow
In January 2010, the case against 70-year-old Vitaly Pasekov, accused under Part 1 of Art. 280 (public calls for extremist activities) and Part 1 of Art. 282 (inciting hatred or enmity). According to the investigation, from May 2008 to February 2009, in a cafe-bar on Dekabristov Street, Pasekov conducted racist propaganda, distributed films and literature, taught his supporters how to assemble radio equipment for surveillance, taught conspiracy and convinced them to use explosive devices.
