In Voronezh, the case of an attack on a Vietnamese citizen was sent to court
In early June 2010, the prosecutor's office of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Voronezh approved the indictment and sent to court a criminal case against Andrey Chernyshov, 38, a resident of the Voronezh region, who beat a Vietnamese citizen on May 15, 2010, motivated by ethnic hatred or enmity. A. Chernyshev is charged with paragraph "b" part 2 of article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings inflicted on the motive of national hatred or enmity).
