A journalist was attacked in Perm
On July 1, 2010, journalist Artem Melnikov was attacked in the Perm Territory. The incident took place in the center of Perm, where the young man was not lucky enough to meet with a group of teenagers aged 15-17, "similar to skinheads." For no apparent reason, one of them hit A. Melnikov in the face, after which he fell and lost consciousness. In Ulyanovsk, a court fined a journalist for Russophobia
