In early December 2010, in Konakovo (Tver region), a native of Dubna, a master of sports in sambo, 25-year-old Yury Tikhomirov, was detained on suspicion of the murder of anti-fascist Ilya Dzhaparidze in June 2009. Together with two more Nazi skindekhs were detained by him. Y.Tikhomirov was arrested. According to operational information, he may be involved and to other crimes motivated by hate. During the search, he had 2 knives, flash cards and a cell phone were confiscated.

December 1, 2010 Yakovlevsky District Court of Primorsky Territory issued a decision to recognize as extremist the brochure of Pyotr Khomyakov "It's time return this land to yourself (post-Russian project)” (Kyiv: 2008). The book was distributed throughout the region by mail.
