A police officer will be subject to disciplinary action for illegally detaining members of the Jehovah's Witnesses community
March 18, 2011 Prosecutor's Office Krasnoufimsk, Sverdlovsk region, sent to the head of Krasnoufimsky Department of Internal Affairs submission on the involvement of police officer Vladimir Abrosimov to disciplinary liability for illegal detention of Jehovah's Witnesses. Community members Ivan Roman and Marina Andryushina were detained by V. Abrosimov on March 4, 2011 during a sermon, brought to the office and subjected to a personal search.
