Early July 2011 Roskomnadzor announced the issuance of a warning about the inadmissibility extremist activities of the editorial office of the newspaper "Tatar, uyan!" for the publication of the material "Ode to the Bashkir people" in No. 2(5) of April 2011. We don't managed to find the text of the article, the newspaper is available on the Internet only in Tatar language, so we cannot judge with certainty the legitimacy of the warnings.

July 7, 2011 to the Magistrate's Court (judicial section No. 74) Central district of the city of Tula for consideration on the merits sent criminal case against 25-year-old Konstantin Yegornov. On June 6, 2011, the State Duma in the second reading adopted a bill on amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The bill was submitted to the State Duma in early April 2011 Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
