The Supreme Court resumed proceedings in the case of the St. Petersburg far-right
On April 18, 2012, the Presidium of the Supreme Court (SC) of the Russian Federation resumed the proceedings against St. Petersburg student Vitaly Tsarenko, convicted in April 2010 along with ten other members of an ultra-right group for attacks on foreigners in 2007 Thus, the presidium satisfied the submission of the head of the RF Armed Forces, who asked for the resumption of proceedings in connection with new circumstances.
