Racism and xenophobia in Russia. Results of February 2013
In February 2013, as a result of racist and neo-Nazi attacks injured at least 4 people in St. Petersburg and Moscow region. In total, since the beginning of the year from xenophobic violence at least 23 people were injured, three of whom died, in 6 regions countries (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vologda, Voronezh, Moscow regions, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra). In February, a Jewish building was damaged by vandals. communities in Ulyanovsk and an Orthodox church in Moscow.
