The prosecutor's office found that LLC "UK" Vasco "does not take measures to timely remove extremist symbols.

On July 25, 2013, the Sterlitamak District Prosecutor's Office announced that it had sent an application to the court demanding that a poem found on the VKontakte social network be recognized as extremist material. The prosecutor's check was carried out according to the information of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Bashkortostan.

On July 25, 2013, it became known that a criminal case against a 29-year-old resident of Norilsk, who works as a doctor in an ambulance team, was sent to the Norilsk City Court for consideration on the merits. The indictment was approved under Part 1 of Art. 280 (public calls for extremist activity), part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).

On July 24, 2013, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation denied a supervisory appeal to the defense of Igor Berezyuk, who was convicted for the riots on Manezhnaya Square in Moscow on December 11, 2010. Berezyuk's lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky explained to RAPSI that the court dismissed the complaint without initiating supervisory proceedings. Recall that in January 2013, the previous instance, the Moscow City Court, also refused to satisfy the complaint of the defense.

On July 25, 2013, the Prosecutor's Office of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk announced that it had filed a lawsuit to recognize Alfred Rosenberg's booklet "The World of the 20th Century" as extremist. The book was confiscated as part of the investigation of a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (calls for extremist activities). Recall that this book by Alfred Rosenberg was already recognized as extremist in December 2012 by the Solntsevsky District Court of Moscow.

On July 25, 2013, the Investigative Committee for the Kaluga Region announced the initiation of a criminal case against 30-year-old Valentin Subbotin. On July 30, 2013, it became known that the indictment was approved according to part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred). According to investigators, Subbotin posted freely available video files on a social network that provoked hostility.

On July 25, 2013, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine announced that it was ready to extradite Mikhail Volkov (Patrick) suspected of committing a series of crimes to Russia. According to Ukrainian media, the decision was made on July 18, the next day it was handed over to Volkov, who is being held in a Kiev pre-trial detention center. Volkov appealed this decision.
