We publish the Federal List of Extremist Materials, the official version of which is published on the website of the Ministry of Justice . Due to the size of the list, we are forced to split it into several parts. This part of the list contains updates since November 9, 2012 (from No. 1480). On September 17, 2013, the Mineralnye Vody Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office of the Stavropol Territory announced that a criminal case was being investigated under paragraph “a” of Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).

On September 15, 2013, in Saratov, a group of nationalists, participants in the "people's gathering", staged a "white tram". A group of young people from the village into tram number 3 at the Children's Park, stood at the door of the car and let only people of "Slavic appearance" inside. Fortunately, there were no direct attacks, as no one began to mess with aggressive young people in masks.

On September 16, 2013, the Moscow City Court began considering a criminal case on preparations for a terrorist act in Moscow on December 14, 2010. The leaders of the Moscow and Moscow Region cells of the People's National Party 28-year-old Yevgeny Krasnov, 29-year-old Alexander Lisitsyn, as well as 25-year-old Vadim Fakhrutdinov and 27-year-old Maxim Kroshin. The case is heard by three judges. One of the defendants, Vadim Fakhrutdinov, is under house arrest.

In mid-September 2013, it became known that the authorities Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk delays the transfer of the Spiritual Administration to the Muslim community Muslims of the Asian part of Russia in the workshop of the former mechanical repair plant.

On September 16, 2013, in Naberezhnye Chelny, the court delivered a sentence under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred) against a 27-year-old Internet user. In May 2012, the man created a page on the VKontakte social network, and until February of this year posted texts and images of "extremist content" in free access there. The defendant fully admitted his guilt, stated that he had already deleted this page on the Internet.

On September 17, 2013 , the Federal List of Extremist Materials was updated again; paragraphs were added to it. 2045-2051. The list has been replenished: new materials from the social network VKontakte, including text from the page of the “Russian Breivik” Dmitry Vinogradov, an anti-Tajik video, articles from the Vyatka Cossacks website, NOMP newsletters, an online blog of the Vladimir activist RONS, a national-patriotic rap song.

On September 17, 2013 it became known that in Belaya Kalitva Rostov region killed 23-year-old local resident. He was stabbed five times wounds. A 20-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of committing a crime. According to police, both young men were fond of "literature of mystical content." The suspect stated that the deceased he himself asked to deprive him of his life, tk. believed that he would rise. A criminal case has been initiated. The detainee is imprisoned guard.

September 17, 2013 it became known that in August 2013 2018, the enforcement proceedings for the demolition of the office building of the Word of Life Church were completed in the village of Kulotino, Okulovsky district, on the territory of the children's camp "Druzhba". The building was demolished in September 2012 by court order - as an illegal building. However, “fragments of the foundation” remained unremoved - several slabs.

On September 17, 2013 it became known that from two mosques in Ufa - "Ramazan" and "Falyak" - during a search conducted by the FSB, about 20 "extremist" books and brochures. At the same time, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims Bashkiria was sent a proposal to eliminate the causes and conditions contributing to the implementation of the threat to the security of the country.

On September 13, 2013, a video appeared on social networks with scenes of cruel mockery of a homosexual ethnic Uzbek. The crime took place on September 11, 2013 in Novosibirsk. It was carried out by 6-7 people, ethnic Uzbeks. The video shows the victim being forced to identify himself and undress. The clothes are then burned. After that, the man is handcuffed, beaten, insulted and threatened with a gun. He is then forced to rape himself with a bottle.
