Orthodox activists appealed to the authorities with a request to ban the “scandalous” performances of the Moscow Art Theater and dismiss its leadership.

On November 30, 2013, at about 21:00 in Moscow, in the lobby of the Novoslobodskaya metro station, two young people attacked a citizen of Cameroon. On November 30, 2013, a criminal case was opened on the fact arson of an Orthodox church in the Mamadysh region of Tatarstan. The case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the right to freedom of conscience and religion, committed in places specially intended for religious ceremonies), part 2 of Art.

At the end of November 2013, a resident of Nizhny Novgorod, Alexander Bukharets, was sentenced to 2 years in a penal colony for sending threatening letters to Judge Pavel Melekhin, who was considering the case of the leader of the NOMP, Colonel Vladimir Kvachkov. Bukharian was found guilty under Part 1 of Art.

The authorities of St. Petersburg transferred the complex to the property of the Russian Orthodox Church buildings, which was in the free use of the St. Petersburg Orthodox Theological Academy. In November 2013, there were cases in different regions detention of Jehovah's Witnesses by law enforcement officers. According to the Administrative Center of Jehovah's Witnesses in Russia, such facts were recorded in the city of Guy and the villages of Grachevka and Matveevka of the Orenburg region, Volzhsky, Volgograd region, Vologda, Saratov, Volgorechensk, Kostroma region and the village of Zavyalovo Altai Territory.

At the end of November 2013, in Syzran, Samara region, the court recognized the song "RNE - Street Fight" as extremist . The Kaliningrad Museum went to court, demanding that the decision to allocate a site for the construction of a mosque be declared illegal. Construction has been suspended while the claim is being considered. On December 2, 2013, it became known that the Central District Court of Kaliningrad suspended the construction of a mosque in South Park. This decision was made on the basis of the claim of the Friedland Gate Museum.

In October 2013, in Kharkov (Ukraine), Russian neo-Nazi Maxim Martsinkevich (Tesak) bullied someone he considered to be representatives of non-traditional sexual orientation and posted a video of bullying on the Internet. In addition, Tesak and his “comrades-in-arms” carried out a similar attack on the star of the TV show "X-factor" Alexander Bogun (originally from Sevastopol). Videos of bullying were posted on the Internet.
