Samara resident convicted of death threats and anti-Semitic shouts
In Samara, the court ruled guilty verdict against a man for threatening to kill on ethnic grounds hate. On January 17, 2014, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Samara ruled sentence to 26-year-old Fyodor Malyshev. He was found guilty under Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (threat to kill).
