“White carriage” promotion on the Moscow train?
On January 19, 2016, in Moscow, on a train traveling from the Kievsky railway station to the Aprelevka station, a native of Azerbaijan was beaten. According to one of the versions, which was spread by the head of the Moscow Kumyk organization Ramazan Alapaut, in the Solntsevo or Peredelkino area, a group of young people of about 10 people, whose faces were covered with medical masks, got on the train, some were holding bats in their hands, others had them sticking out of their backpacks.
