Moscow: verdict in the case against Yuri Ekishev
On May 3, 2017, in Moscow, a court sentenced Yury Ekishev, leader of the ParaBellum movement and activist of the People's Militia of Russia, to 1.5 years in prison, who was found guilty of publishing two anti-Semitic articles. In October 2017, the Moscow City Court recognized this decision as legal. On May 3, 2017, the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow issued a verdict in the case of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1, Article 282 of the Criminal Code).
