In various regions, police detained Jehovah's Witnesses and invaded their homes.
During November 2017 law enforcement officers bodies in different regions detained Jehovah's Witnesses, demanded to disclose their religion, were often taken to the department, confiscated personal belongings, forcibly photographed and fingerprinted, as well as invaded the homes of believers. Such incidents were noted, in particular, in Dmitrov Moscow region, the village of Severnaya Ferma of the Vologda region, Diveevo of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
