Penalties have been introduced for systematic evasion of court requirements to remove and refute information. October 2, 2018 the President signed a package of two laws to tighten liability for non-execution of court decisions on removal and refutation information.

It is proposed to introduce a mechanism of administrative prejudice: for inciting hatred and humiliation of dignity, prosecution is provided under a new article of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and criminal liability under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code will only occur in the event of a repeated offense within a year or in the presence of aggravating circumstances.

In Kirov, the city philharmonic opposes the transfer to the Catholics of the building of the former Catholic church, which houses a unique German organ. At the end of September 2018 in Kirov held a regular meeting of the Arbitration Court, which began on July 18 and considered the claim Kirov Catholics to the government of the Kirov region. The subject of the dispute is the building Alexander Church, which currently houses the Philharmonic.
