A criminal case has been opened in Dzhankoy regarding the continuation of the activities of the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses
The former head of the local organization of Jehovah's Witnesses in Dzhankoy became a defendant in a case initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On the night of November 16, 2018, Jehovah's Witnesses were searched in Dzhankoy. After that, 46-year-old Sergei Filatov, who led the local religious organization of Jehovah's Witnesses "Sivash", which was liquidated in 2017, was interrogated. He became a suspect in a case initiated under Part 1 of Art.

Jehovah's Witness from Shuya released from arrest
Dmitry Mikhailov, accused of participating in the activities of an extremist organization and financing extremist activities, has been released from the pre-trial detention center.
