In Nizhny Novgorod, unknown ultra-rightists provoked participants in a picket of solidarity with LGBT people in Chechnya. On January 20, 2019, in Nizhny Novgorod, a group of unknown ultra-right young people disrupted a picket in support of LGBT people persecuted in Russia. According to media reports, young people attacked one of the picket participants and took away his poster.
