Kovrov: a verdict was passed under Art. 280 Criminal Code
The court found the 23-year-old prisoner guilty of publicly calling for extremism. On August 27, 2019, it became known that in the Vladimir Region, the Kovrov City Court found a 23-year-old prisoner of a local colony guilty under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism on the Internet).
