Members of the Fayzrakhmanist community were sentenced to real terms of imprisonment
The leader and members of the faizrakhmanist community operating in Tatarstan, which was recognized as extremist, received terms of five to seven years in prison. On June 19, 2019, the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan reported that the Sovetsky District Court of Kazan had sentenced five residents of the republic accused of continuing the activities of the Faizrahmanist community, which was recognized as extremist.
