Crimean Tatar activist Nariman Memedeminov is accused of publicly calling for terrorism on the Internet. In June 2019, the North Caucasian District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don began considering the case of Crimean Tatar activist Nariman Memedeminov, head of the media department of the Crimean Solidarity movement. Memedeminov is charged under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorist activities using the Internet).

In June 2019, the SOVA Center is aware of only one victim of a hate-motivated attack in Primorsky Krai. Total since the beginning years as a result of violence motivated by national or ideological hatred, 3 people were killed and at least 17 people were beaten, and two people received serious death threats, in just twelve regions of the country.
