Bloggers proposed decriminalizing Part 2 of Art. 282 CC
Well-known bloggers spoke out in defense of Vladislav Sinitsa, convicted under Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code, and proposed to decriminalize it. On October 3, 2019, the Dozhd TV channel published an open letter from bloggers about the verdict to Vladislav Sinitsa. Five Jehovah's Witnesses from the Moscow region became defendants in criminal cases
The investigation believes that five residents of the Moscow region continued the activities of the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses, which was recognized as extremist.
