Oryol: the case of calls for extremism and rehabilitation of Nazism has been brought to court
A resident of Orel is accused under Art. 280 and Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code. The case was convicted. On October 14, 2019, it became known that in Orel, a local resident G. was finally charged under parts 1 and 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism, including on the Internet) and Part 1 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (rehabilitation of Nazism). The case was transferred to the Zavodskoy District Court of Orel.

Elena Kurkina was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
