In Perm, a debate was held on the case of group hooliganism motivated by hatred. August 7, 2020 in Leninsky district court of Perm held a debate on the case of hooliganism, committed on the motive hatred by an organized group (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code), which was initiated on the fact of the action with Vladimir Putin's mannequin tied to a pole. Defendants in the case are activists Alexander Etkin (Kotov), Danila Vasiliev and Alexander Shabarchin.
