A criminal case has been opened against supporters of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Kaluga region.
The FSB reported on the "suppression of the activities" of the local cell. On January 27, 2021, it became known that a criminal case had been opened in the Kaluga region against alleged supporters of a local branch of the radical Islamic party Hizb ut-Tahrir. Probably, we are talking about a case under Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code (organization of the activities of a terrorist organization).
