The following is our monthly reviewof instances of xenophobia and radical nationalism, along with any governmentcountermeasures, for July 2021. This month, according to datacollected and analyzed by Sova Center, seven individuals were targeted inideologically motivated acts of violence, in St. Petersburg, the KrasnoyarskKrai and the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

At the end of July 2021, it became known that the Moscow Theological Seminary of Evangelical Christian Baptists received a new license for educational activities. The relevant decree Rosobrnadzor was signed on July 14. The seminary conducts teaching activities under programs of higher religious education and additional professional education.
