The Kostroma Regional Court approved a real sentence for Jehovah's Witness Terebilov
A Jehovah's Witness from Kostroma was sentenced to three years in a strict regime under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On January 12, 2022, the Kostroma Regional Court considered an appeal against the sentence handed down in September to Jehovah's Witness Dmitry Terebilov by the Sverdlovsk District Court of Kostroma under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).

Sentence for Jehovah's Witness Schmidt confirmed in Sevastopol
A Jehovah's Witness from Sevastopol was sentenced to six years in prison under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On January 13, 2021, the Sevastopol City Court upheld the sentence handed down by the Gagarinsky District Court of the city in October to Jehovah's Witness Igor Shmidt. He was found guilty of organizing the activities of an extremist organization (Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to six years in prison.

The court dismissed the case initiated under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. On December 23, 2021, the Budyonnovsky City Court of the Stavropol Territory terminated the proceedings on the case of an administrative offense that was initiated against Valery Lyashko under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials).
