The case of four Jehovah's Witnesses from Yalta has reached the court, the fifth person involved in the investigation is on the wanted list. On March 24, 2022, the main investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for Crimea and Sevastopol announced the completion of the investigation into the case of Jehovah's Witnesses from Yalta. From the file cabinet of the Yalta City Court it follows that it was submitted for consideration on March 15.

The case brought under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses against activist Yevgeny Kochegin, terminated due to the removal of the song from the Federal List of Extremist Materials. Unknown people threw a pig's head in a curly wig under his door and pasted a sticker on the door with the coat of arms of Ukraine and the inscription Judensau ("Jewish pig").

In March 2022, a criminal case was opened in Tula against a local resident suspected of inciting violent acts against people motivated by ethnic and political hatred. In March 2022, it became known that a criminal case had been initiated in Tula on public calls for terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code).
