On April 7, 2022, the Lazarevsky District Court of Sochi found the deacon of the local Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Sergiy Shcherbyuk, a citizen of Ukraine, guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens) and fined him 30 thousand rubles.

In the Krasnodar Territory, an investigation into the case of participation in the activities of a banned organization of Jehovah's Witnesses has been completed. On April 28, 2022, the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory reported that the investigative department for the Temryuksky District had completed the investigation of the criminal case of a 66-year-old local resident accused under Part 2 of Art.

The accused under Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code admitted guilt and asks to consider the case in a special manner. On April 28, 2022, the St. Petersburg City Court received a criminal case filed against 23-year-old resident of the Novgorod region Fedor Belov.

Bulat Shumekov from Kiselevsk was once again brought to administrative responsibility. On April 26, 2022, the Kiselevsky City Court of the Kemerovo Region fined local activist Bulat Shumekov 2,000 rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public demonstration of the symbols of an extremist organization). The reason was the demonstration of the symbols of the banned Anti-Corruption Fund (FBK).
