Zinaida Minenko has group I visual disability.

After the partial decriminalization of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code in the Code of Administrative Offenses, a new article appeared - 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity). In November 2021, Minenko became a suspect under Part 2 of Art.

In May 2022, in Moscow, a court sentenced Sergei Taraskin, leader of the banned organization "USSR", to eight years in prison. On May 4, 2022, the Zelenogradsky District Court of Moscow issued a verdict in the case of organizing the activities of a banned organization (Part 1, Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code). In the dock was the leader of the organization banned in July 2019 "USSR" (also known as the "Union of Slavic Forces of Russia"), dentist Sergei Taraskin.

Oleg and Agnessa Postnikov were found guilty on sch. 1.1 and 2 Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On April 25, 2022, the Birobidzhansky District Court of the Jewish Autonomous Region found guilty of CC. 1.1 and 2 Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (involvement in the activities of an extremist organization and participation in it) of two Jehovah's Witnesses - spouses Oleg and Agnes Postnikov.

In Novosibirsk, after a number of violations were revealed in a historic mosque - fire safety requirements, anti-terrorist protection, as well as migration laws, the city authorities decided to terminate the agreement with the Ikhlas Muslim community on the use of the building. On April 25, 2022, it became known about the initiation of a case under Part 1 of Art.
