On July 12, 2022, the European Court of Human Rights ruled decision on the case of the liquidation of the Russian Orthodox Autonomous Church (until 1998 - Russian Orthodox Free Church). The court considered the liquidation of the church as unjustified state interference in the affairs of a religious organization.

In July 2022, it became known that in Voronezh, an employee of the migration center attacked a visitor for no apparent reason. In July 2022, a video appeared on the Internet of an employee of the Voronezh migration center beating a visitor from Uzbekistan.

It is forbidden to appeal not to interfere with the election of "Soviet deputies". On July 12, 2022, the Federal List of Extremist Materials included a text entitled "Appeal of the People's Deputy of the USSR Yu.A. Slepnev to the citizens of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics." The decision to ban it was made on April 21 by the Novokuybyshevsky City Court of the Samara Region. Yuri Alekseevich Slepnev in 1990-1993 was a member of the Novokuibyshevsk City Council.

Dmitry and Nadezhda Semenov are charged under Part 1.1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On June 23, 2022, the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky City Court received the case of Jehovah's Witnesses Dmitry and Nadezhda Semenev. They are accused of involvement in the activities of an extremist organization (part 1.1 of article 282.2 of the Criminal Code). The criminal case was initiated in September 2021.

Law enforcement agencies again came with a search to Kirill Severinchik and Yevgeny Kayryak, who were tortured in 2019. On July 7, 2022, the homes of Jehovah's Witnesses from Surgut, Kirill Severinchok and Yevgeny Kayryak, were searched. Obviously, local law enforcement agencies opened a new criminal case under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of the activities of an extremist organization or participation in one).

We are aware of fourindividuals who were targeted in ideologically motivated violent attacks thismonth, in the Moscow and Chelyabinsk regions. Since the beginning of the year,we have recorded incidents in which a total of 13 people have suffered fromsuch attacks, along with one other individual, who received a murder threat.

Olga Avdeeva was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offences. On July 8, 2022, the Industrial District Court of Izhevsk fined local doctor Olga Avdeeva one thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda or demonstration of prohibited symbols). The reason for the administrative case was a picture with a swastika covered on the lower right side by the Russian flag, which Avdeeva posted on her page on the social network Facebook.

In July 2022, a court in Rostov-on-Don freed a local resident from criminal liability and imposed a court fine on him. In July 2022, the Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don ruled to dismiss the criminal case against local resident Alexei Pilipenko, who was charged under part 1 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).
