Ekaterinburg street artist was accused of hooliganism motivated by political hatred
A case was opened against Leonid Cherny under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code for pacifist agitation. On July 19, 2022, it became known that the Yekaterinburg artist Yegor Ledyakin, known under the pseudonym Leonid Cherny, was accused of hooliganism motivated by political hatred (clause “b” of Part 1 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code). Cherny, a member of the street art team PSLCh, was detained on March 18 with anti-war stickers and spray paint.
