Sergey Komandirov received a real term for posts in the social network. On July 28, 2022, the 2nd Western District Military Court, at an offsite hearing in Smolensk, sentenced local opposition blogger Sergei Komandirov. He was sentenced to six and a half years in prison, which is half a year less than the term requested by the public prosecutor. He was also fined 30 thousand rubles and deprived of his right to post materials on the Internet for five years.

In the Kezhemsky district court, hearings are underway in a case initiated under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. In July 2022, it became known that the Kezhemsky District Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was considering the case of Ildar Urazbakhtin, a Jehovah's Witness from Kodinsk. He is accused of organizing the activities of an extremist organization (Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code). The criminal case was initiated on July 19, 2021.

Eduard Shcherbakov was sentenced to six months in prison. On July 21, 2022, the Tyumen Regional Court sentenced 23-year-old Eduard Shcherbakov. He was found guilty of publicly disseminating deliberately false information about the use of the Russian armed forces (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) and of disseminating information expressing clear disrespect for society about the memorial date of Russia committed on the Internet (Part 4 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code).

Gevorg Gevorkyan is charged under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On July 14, 2022, the Avtozavodsky District Court of Nizhny Novgorod received the case of Jehovah's Witness Gevorg Gevorkyan, who is accused of organizing the activities of an extremist organization (Part 1, Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code). The case was initiated in November 2021, it was separated from another case of the Nizhny Novgorod Jehovah's Witnesses.
