The norms of the Code of Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code concerning "foreign agents" are brought into line with the new framework law. On September 14, 2022, a group of deputies submitted two bills to the State Duma that clarify the provisions of the Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO) and the Criminal Code (CC) related to the activities of "foreign agents".

The participants of the wedding, where the song "Chervona Kalina" was played, were held liable under Art. 20.3 and 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. On September 13, 2022, the Bakhchisaray District Court of Crimea brought to administrative responsibility the guests and organizers of the wedding, which took place on September 10 in the Arpat banquet hall. At this wedding, the DJ turned on the Ukrainian folk song "Chervona Kalina", and the guests began to sing along and dance.

Senator Turchak and deputy Zanko were offered to finalize the text of the bill on the status of the St. George Ribbon. The next day, the bill was nevertheless recommended to be adopted in the first reading. On September 14, 2022, the State Duma Defense Committee recommended that the authors of the initiative to clarify the legal status of the St. George Ribbon, Senator Andrei Turchak and Deputy Olga Zanko, finalize the text of the bill.

The oppositionist was punished under Art. 13.48 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for comparing Smersh with the SS. On September 14, 2022, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow arrested politician Leonid Gozman for 15 days under Part 2 of Art. 13.48 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (re-identification of the goals, decisions and actions of the USSR and Nazi Germany). Earlier, Gozman was arrested under Part 1 of Art. 13.48 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

A resident of the Khabarovsk Territory is accused of posting on social networks calls for attacks on non-Slavic people appearance and law enforcement officers organs. In September 2022, in the Khabarovsk Territory, a criminal case was initiated against a 47-year-old local resident under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorist activities).

The Fourth Court of Appeal rejected the complaint against recognizing the All-Tatar Public Center as an extremist organization. On September 14, 2022, the Fourth Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction (Nizhny Novgorod) approved the decision to recognize the All-Tatar Public Center (VTOC) as an extremist organization, which was adopted by the Supreme Court of Tatarstan on June 10.

Three residents of the Belgorod region are accused of attacking people of non-Slavic appearance and publishing extremist comments and appeals on the Internet. On September 14, 2022, the Investigative Committee for the Belgorod Region announced that it had completed the investigation of the criminal case under Part. 1 st. 282.1 (creation of an extremist community), Part 1.1 of Art. 282.1 (recruitment into the activities of an extremist community), Part 2 of Art.
